By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
We provide WhatsApp Business setup, WordPress website design, website updates, redesign, and related digital services for local businesses. The exact scope of work will be discussed and confirmed before starting the project.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are one-time charges for the agreed work.
No refunds once the work has started or been delivered.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours, depending on project scope and timely input from the client.
Delays caused by late content, images, approvals, or third-party services are not our responsibility.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business details, images, text content, and approvals on time.
Any changes requested after final approval may be charged separately.
5. Revisions & Updates
Revisions are limited to the plan selected.
Additional changes or new features not included in the original scope will be charged separately.
6. Website Hosting & Domain
Hosting, domain, and third-party tools are the client’s responsibility unless specifically included in the agreed plan.
We are not responsible for issues caused by hosting providers or external platforms.
7. Support
Free support is provided only for the duration mentioned in the selected plan.
Support includes minor fixes related to the delivered work and does not cover new features or redesigns.
8. Content & Ownership
After full payment, the client owns the website content provided by them.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
9. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates from platforms such as WhatsApp, Google, hosting providers, or plugins.
10. Cancellation
Projects cannot be cancelled once work has started.
Advance payment is non-refundable.
11. Legal
These terms are governed by applicable Indian laws.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the service provider’s location.
